Large Gold Nodules in the Underwater Islands.

Large Resource Nodules (Unofficial name) are large versions of certain resources that can be drilled using the Exosuit Drill Arm, causing them to break into many smaller chunks that can be picked up. They spawn in clusters and each individual nodule can break into 3-5 pieces of its respective resource.
