Template:Infobox:Fauna Flora The Bone Shark is an aggressive life form belonging to the Fauna category.

It mainly dwells in the Koosh Zone and the Underwater Islands, as an actively fierce predator.

Appearance

The Bone Shark is a medium-sized, armored creature with a large head featuring spikes extending backwards from many sides of its head, and a long, armoured body.

Its head features a large mouth full of small, razor-sharp teeth and two bright green eyes.

It has two spiked pectoral fins and flukes at the end of its tail. It is of a dull purple color, with orange patterns on its head and back.

Behavior

The Bone Shark is carnivorous, so one can be seen chasing other smaller fish, such as Peepers.

It is also hostile - once the player is spotted, it will follow them until it has damaged the player, their submersible (Seamoth), or until the player has outran its charge. It can accumulate enough speed to catch up with the player, making it more dangerous than the Stalker.

The Bone Shark's attack causes minor damage (3%) to the Seamoth.

It is also attracted to lights, as the Cyclops is able to draw in the creature's attention. Because of this, the creature can also be distracted using Flares.

Although, if you have a Peeper on hand, the creature will not damage you or take the Peeper.

The Bone Shark can be seen fiercely guarding it's Eggs, and will attack the player if they should get too close.

Bone Sharks can be seen attacking other creatures if one should get close to it.
