The Chair is a Placeable Item and is constructed by the Habitat Builder. It can be sat on. There are currently 3 types of chairs.
In order to acquire its Blueprint, the player has to scan a Chair that is located in an Observatory of an Abandoned Seabase on the Floater Island, or in a Wreck.

Uses
The player can sit in the Chair, which will disable the Food and Water bar, and can access the PDA while doing so.
