Habitat Builder (Subnautica)

The Builder is a tool, crafted through the Fabricator, that allows the player build a variety stationary items.

This tool is crucial for the deployment of seabases and the customization of interiors for both underwater seabases and the Cyclops.

Note: It uses a battery but the charge doesn't seem to deplete with use.
