It is merely decorative. Using a knife, the player can harvest Blue Palm Seeds from it, which can then be planted.
Appearance
The Blue Palm has a segmented, blue-gray stem covered in light blue spots. Eight large palm leaves consisting of bright green stalks and many small, fleshy, dark blue leaves with rounded tips protrude from it.
