Template:Infobox Biome The Grassy Plateaus is a vast, plateau-like biome, featuring a great diversity of life forms, including the currently largest herbivore fauna in Subnautica - the Reefback.
It is characterized by large, pillar-like structures seemingly being created due to sea current erosion, many marine plains, and a sandy terrain, almost completely covered with Bloodgrass, giving the Grassy Plateaus their distinct name.
Here, Limestone and Sandstone can be found hidden within the Bloodgrass patches.
While exploring the Grassy Plateaus, it is advised for new players to stay far away from suspicious sand clouds during, as Sand Sharks dwell abundantly in this biome.
