The Farming Tray is an in-development Placeable Item that can be constructed with the Habitat Builder. Its main purpose is to allow the player to plant underwater & Island Flora outside of their Bases, with the express purpose of farming them & utilizing their materials or for decoration in-base. The Farming Tray has slots for six to twenty-four flora to be planted at once.

- Acid Mushroom (Via Acid Mushroom and Acid Mushroom Spore, takes up 1 slot)
- Creepvine (Via Creepvine Sample and Creepvine Seed Cluster, takes up 4 slots)
- Deep Shroom (Via Deep Shroom and Deep Shroom Spore, takes up 1 slot)
- Orange Mushroom (Via Orange Mushroom Spore, takes up 4 slots)
- Bulbo Tree (Via Bulbo Tree Sample, takes up 4 slots)
