The Power Cell is a crafted item in the advanced tree of the Fabricator. It is a large power source that depletes over time in Survival mode. It is used in the Seamoth and Cyclops. The Power Cell is also used in crafting the Mobile Vehicle Bay. Currently, you cannot remove a cell once inserted.
Currently in the experimental mode, you are able to remove the cell and recharge it using a Power Cell Charger.
