Blood Kelp Zone is a small, in-development Biome that can be found between the Dunes and the Grand Reef. There are caves that lead here from the Sparse Reef.

The Blood Kelp Zone is characterized by a variety of long white Blood Kelp plants, some of which carry Blood Oil pustules down near the roots. Stalagmites can be found on the Seabed of this biome.

The Blood Kelp Caves are located at the biome's seabed, southwest of the Aurora.

In the future the Blood Kelp Zone will serve as one of the entrances to the Lost River^[1].
