The Gasopod is a Life-Form belonging to the Fauna category.

It can be found in Safe Shallows and Grassy Plateaus, cruising through the water.

The Gasopod is not hostile toward the player and is not going to attack the player directly. However, if the players approaches him too close, the Gasopod will start releasing a green liquid that will lower the player's health very quickly if he swims through it, even if it does not visually affect the native life-forms. The low speed of the gasopod , probably due to it's great size, allows the player to retreat quite easily if this happens.

The Gasopod appears to be dayactive, being active by day.
