Template:Infobox:Fauna Flora The Crabsquid is a Life Form that has not been implemented yet.

A model of it can be viewed on Sketchfab.

Appearance

The Crabsquid's body has two layers; a translucent, bulbous sac resembling a comb jelly's body, and a shimmering, Bioluminescent brownish-green body that is reminiscent of a squid's mantle. There are four lines on the "corners" of the Crabsquid's body, each one bioluminescent and covered in fine hairs. The Crabsquid's "face" consists of two pairs of large eyes. The Crabsquid doesn't seem to have a visible mouth, though it has an odd protrusion directly below its face that is covered in short feelers that may be a feeding apparatus.

The Crabsquid's ten limbs are brown and shimmery. Some have pointed tips, some have a pair of fins on them, and the two shortest ones in the middle have graspers at their ends. The two small front limbs are used as arms, while the other eight limbs are used for movement.

Behavior

The Crabsquid is capable of a blast attack. Early animations shows the Crabsquid has the ability to swim and to walk. This makes it the third species to be able to walk on the sea floor after the Cave Crawler and Blood Crawler.[1]
