The Farming Tray is an in-development item that will allow the player to plant Flora outside of their base.
It can be spawned in by typing "SPAWN FARMINGTRAY" into the Debug Console Commands or by making it in the builder menu(note that you can only do that in exparamental).
Currently, in-game the description for usage is "Use Planter".
