Template:Infobox Biome Underwater Islands feature many massive rock formations suspended above the ocean floor. Bone Sharks and other creatures swim around the Underwater Islands.

Some Underwater Islands completely rely on giant Floaters, as they don't have anything else that supports them. Currently, 18 islands are implemented in the Underwater Islands area. The Underwater Islands' sizes vary from small to very large sizes. Two of the large islands have fauna and some small cave tunnels that run through them.

Thermal vents can be found in the middle of the islands and on the surface. Lava Geysers can also be found in huge numbers on the ocean floor under the islands. They were first mentioned by the developers on Trello.

At the moment, the signal device can be used to locate the islands. It will display the distance and lead the player inside the caves in Underwater Islands.

Quartz is very common, and on island shores Diamonds can be occasionally found. Basalt Chunks are the most common harvesting node, and the Underwater Islands border the Mushroom Forest, Mountains, and Kelp Forest.
