It is crafted at the Fabricator. The player must equip the Standard O2 Tank in the tank slot of the PDA in order to benefit from it. While not equipped, it takes up six slots (2x3) in the inventory. It can be upgraded into the High Capacity O₂ Tank at the Fabricator, which can be further upgraded into the Ultra High Capacity Tank at the Fabricator. Equipping or carrying any O2 Tank will incur a swimming speed penalty.
