One must be scanned in order to construct it. When constructed, the Spotlight will rotate over a 180 degree angle, Turning left and right until deconstructed or the habitat runs out of power. The spotlight will also automatically follow any fauna nearby, including the player. It must be placed on a Foundation or a Seabase module and requires Energy to function. Each Spotlight consumes one energy every five seconds, or 12 energy per minute.
