Diamond is a raw material found in Shale Outcrops, and in raw crystal form on the seabed. To find a large number of Diamonds, go to the Sea Treader's Path and break the Shale outcrops that the Sea Treader Leviathans stomp up, or visit the Mountain Island caves or the outside of the mountain under water to find the Shale outcrops there.
