The Solar Panel is a placeable item that absorbs lights and converts it into energy.
It is constructed with the Builder and can be placed on any surface, including a Foundation, except for seabase modules. The Solar Panel must be placed within a radius of 20 meters from a seabase for them to be able to supply power. One Solar Panel produces 1% power every second with coverage of 89% sun.
Examples of placement at midday:
- Floater Islands - (Sun: 200%)
- Depth 0m - (Sun: 97%)
- Depth 10m - (Sun: 92%)
- Depth 40m - (Sun: 80%)
- Depth 50m - (Sun: 78%)
- Depth 100m - (Sun: 60%)
- Depth 150m - (Sun: 39%)
- Depth 200m - (Sun: 20%)
- Depth 230m - (Sun: 7%)
- Depth 245m - (Sun: 2%)
- Depth 250m - (Sun: 0%)
