Perhaps you (the female protaginost) will exit cryostasis climb to the top of the lifepod and exit. Then see the Neptune escape rocket. If so the goal will most likely be to send a distress signal to Ryley Robinson. Also an intresting addittion would be having ice caps (if there are) have enzyme 42 in them so this peticular area is immune to Kharaa, but this would result in not killing of a ravenous parasite that would be destroying everything. |

The Expansion Pack is an upcoming paid DLC for Subnautica. The full release date is currently planned for early 2019.
Currently all that is known is that the Arctic Biome[1] will be a large part of the game, possibly the entire map. It is also known that a weather system will be featured.
