Template:Infobox:Fauna Flora Hanging Stingers are a life form belonging to the fauna category.

They appear in caves, where they are attached to the rock ceiling, waiting for prey to be caught by their tentacles. Touching a Hanging Stinger causes damage. Hanging Stingers are bioluminescent.

A 3D model of the Hanging Stingers can be found here.

Appearance

Hanging Stingers look like a hybrid between a sea anemone and a jellyfish. They have a top shaped like an upside-down purple petal with redish edges, which is lined with eight small tendrils.

From this petal extends a single thick, pink tendril downwards, which is lined with a purple spiral band with blue sides littered with hite dots.
