The fins are a piece of equipment crafted by using the fabricator. They increase the player's swimming speed by +1 when equipped.
Fins are easy to craft and should thus be obtained as fast as possible. Fins are useful for catching fish in the early game.
The Fins must be placed in the feet slot of the paperdoll UI to take effect. When not worn they take up four spaces in the inventory.
