It is a large power source that depletes over time in the Survival and Freedom Game Modes. The Power Cell is primarily used to power submersibles. Power Cells can be recharged using a Power Cell Charger, or with a vehicle docked inside a Moonpool. A Power Cell stores 1000 energy. There is an upgraded version of the Power Cell, the Ion Power Cell.
