The Creature Decoy acts as a distraction device to attract hostile creatures to it when deployed, giving the player the opportunity to get away while the creatures are distracted by it. It can be deployed by hand or from the Cyclops. To deploy a Creature Decoy from the Cyclops there must be a decoy stored inside the Decoy Loading Tube located on the wall that divides the main room and engine room. Then the decoy can be fired while at the helm when the button located in the top right of the Cyclops HUD is pressed. If the Cyclops Decoy Tube Upgrade is equipped the storage capacity for the Decoy Loading Tube increases from 1-5 Creature Decoys. A screen above the Decoy Loading Tube displays the amount of decoys you currently have stored.
