Miscellaneous items are pieces of equipment that can be crafted with Habitat Builder. For most part it was mainly for decoration, purposely for use in the Seabases or in Cyclops.

Bar Table	Round glass table.
Bench	Simple metal relaxation appliance. Conserves energy when resting.
Desk	Common starship work desk.
Lab Counter	Lab counter.
Living Wall	Wall-mounted foliage. Purely decorational.
Picture Frame	Wall-mounted frame, upload desired image from compatible PDA photo galleries.
Sign	Sign post with configurable text.
Single Wall Shelf	Single wall shelf.
Wall Shelves	Wall shelves.
