Alien Robot (Subnautica)

The Precursor Droid is an in-development entity, not yet in-game. It was created by the Precursors to act as repair bots, and as such are equipped with two welding tools. They are also programmed to defend Precursor Bases from intruding lifeforms.

Future Plans

• Precursor Droids will inhabit and defend Precursor Bases.

Trivia

• The looks for the Precursor Droids were inspired by Cave Crawlers, and in early development they shared the same set of animations, currently they use a set of animations similar to the Cave Crawler, but augmented to look more mechanical.
