Precursor Caches are structures built by the Precursors primarily for storage purposes. They can contain various Precursor technology, such as Ion Crystals and data terminals.

A Precursor Cache can be found located in a cave system beneath the Sparse Reef, right next to the Sea Treader's Path. A Purple Artifact is required for access.
