This can be obtained from Giant Coral Tubes. To scan it, you must get a sample from the Tubes and then drop it. This will then enable scanning of this life form.

Appearance

Shell Plates are oval shaped corals and is main yellowish and yellow branching pattern on its surface.

They have a slightly rough surface with some pits between the branches.
