When you craft the Radiation Suit, you get both the Radiation Suit and the Helmet. You must equip both for it to have effect. All slots are auto-equipped if you have nothing slotted when you pick it up (ie, when a tank or suit is picked up) As a side effect, this increases your inventory a bit. |
