Template:Infobox:Fauna Flora The Marblemelon Plant is a type of life form belonging to the Flora category. By using a Knife, the player can harvest Marblemelon Seeds from the Marblemelon Plants.
They can be found planted in abandoned Exterior Growbeds near the 3 Abandoned Seabases found on the Floater Island
Marblemelon Plants can be placed in Bioreactors, providing the player with
100 ENERGY
When consumed by the player, the Marblemelon Plant gives 22 FOOD and 15 H20
Due to the high amount of food, H20, and energy it gives, the Marblemelon Plant is an all around excellent plant to farm.
Appearance
The Marblemelon Plant appears to share many similar features with watermelons found on earth, like it's stripes and shape.
However, it is yellow in color with dark brown stripes, and It has small lumps on its surface. It also features large dark green palm-like leaves branching out from it's top.
Data Bank Entry
This plant collects water from the air rather than relying on its root system, and produces large, fleshy fruits which are both edible, and have atypically high water content.
