The Battery Charger is a Placeable Item that charges Batteries, as the title implies.
Uses
The Battery Charger acts similarly to the Power Cell Charger, however it charges batteries instead of power cells.
The Battery Charger is able to recharge up to four Batteries simultaneously, allowing them to be used again multiple times.
A screen featured on the Battery Charger shows the charge percentage of each battery.
The Battery Charger takes 11 minutes to charge one battery, at a cost of 20 Energy.
Recipe
Battery Charger fragments are located in the Grassy Plateaus. Three are required to unlock its blueprint.
