The Lava Eyeye is nearly identical to a Eyeye, with a few differences in terms of coloration:

Its singular eye possesses a dull orange sclera and an intense red and orange iris surrounding the pupil.
Its body is mostly dark yellow in color, and possesses blue markings.
Its fins seem to emit bright orange bioluminescent glows.
