Vehicles are crafted from Materials and resources using the Fabricator or Mobile Vehicle Bay.
Vehicles can either
- be carried in the Inventory and be equipped to the Toolbar. An example is the SeaGlide, a handheld DPV (diver propulsion vehicle).
- or reside as an object in the world which can be entered and controlled.
