Fire Extinguisher

The Fire Extinguisher is an in-development item that is used to combat fires using CO2 cartridges. One is found in the player's Escape Pod, seen flying off its mounting during the intro sequence and used to combat a fire in the pod immediately after the player regains consciousness. Early animations for the Fire Extinguisher can be viewed here.

Uses

The Fire Extinguisher is used at the start of the game to put out the fire in the lifepod. It can also be used to push the player in the opposite direction if used underwater.

Trivia

• The Fire Extinguisher can be used to put out a fire in the Lifepod at the start of the game, which enables most of the modules onboard.
