Mesmer

It appears to be little ( much more than in the concept art ) and is able to attract the player, via hypnosis, toward the mesmer. if the mesmer succeeds in attracting the player and drawing the player in, it will attack the player, removing 30 health, and then flee. Its attitude is hostile.
