Fiber Mesh is an in-development item made from Creepvine Samples. Is it used in fabrics. The recipe is obtained by scanning creepvines, but will only appear (as of the Farming Update) in the refine tab if you have at least one creepvine sample (which requires at least a knife to obtain) in your inventory.
