The Stasis Rifle is a piece of equipment that can be crafted with the fabricator.
Crafting
- Stasis Rifle Blueprint (must obtain blueprint from Fragment Analyser)
- Copper
- Battery
Uses
The Stasis Rifle fires off a large circular particle effect and any creature (of reasonable size) that enters it will be frozen until the effect ends, which usually lasts approximately 10 seconds.
Although the Stasis Rifle freezes many fish and some of the dangerous creatures in the game it does not freeze all creatures. As of February 26, 2015, players will still be attacked by the Crash and possibly many other dangerous creatures.
