Blood Kelp Zone is a small, abyssal biome that can be found between the Dunes, the Sparse Reef and the Grand Reef.

The Blood Kelp Zone is characterized by a variety of giant white Blood Kelps, some of which carry Blood Oil pustules down near the stem.

There is also a cavernous system located in deeper areas of the biome.

One of tthe Wrecks can be found within the Blood Kelp Zone.

In the future, the Blood Kelp Zone may serve as one of the entrances to the Lost River^[1].
