The Floodlight is a placeable item that emits light in one direction. It can be placed on the seafloor surrounding a Seabase, the top of the Moon Pool, but not inside of either.
To build the Floodlight you need to acquire its Blueprint by scanning the Floodlight in the abandoned Wreck.
The Floodlight consumes energy and once the indicator reaches 0%, the player can insert another battery in order to refill the Floodlight's energy.
