The Laser Cutter is an in-development Tool and an upgrade to the Welder. It is crafted by using the Workbench.
Its primary function is cutting open Sealed Supply Crates and opening sealed doors. When aiming at a crate with the Laser Cutter an indicator that says "open percent: 0-100%" will appear, similar to the one that appears on the welding tool. It has an Energy level which can be replenished with a Battery.
The Laser Cutter is currently disabled until further notice by the developers.
