The previous version implied that having a scanner room attached to the base would slowly drain power, which is not the case (or at least, leaving my base for several hours and returning hadn't drained even a single point of energy). I've modified it to correct/clarify this.
"Bug: Base range of 500m"
- The Scanner Room actually has a base range of 500m, but the map initially only shows a range of 300m. Using Scanner Room Range Upgrades only expands the size of the map, having no effect in the scanning range.
Is this accurate and verified? Should other wiki pages (e.g. the Scanner Room Range Upgrade (Subnautica)) be updated to reflect this? Is fabricating range upgrades pointless?
