Template:Infobox:Fauna Flora The Blood Crawler is a Aggressive Life Form and a subspecies of the Cave Crawler that can be located mainly in the Blood Kelp Caves.
Appearance
The Blood Crawler is a grey colored four-legged crustacean. Its body is a bluish disk shape. It is much larger than its relative, the Cave Crawler. Its legs are long, and consist of three segments. and transition from grey to a pale green color with red tips. The legs are also covered with inward facing spikes. It has a large, Bioluminescent red eye with a blue pupil covering most of the top of its body. Purple markings surround the eye. It also has four smaller red eyes towards its front, which lack pupils. The Blood Crawler has two mandibles on the front of its body, which are presumably used for feeding.
Behavior
Blood Crawlers move in groups, typically falling from the "ceiling" of the Blood Kelp Caves and are aggressive towards the player, jumping towards and damaging the player when approached. Blood Crawlers are also able to climb onto the walls and ceilings of most surfaces, including sea bases, cave walls and the cyclops submarine.

Trivia
- While the Blood Crawler is only found underwater it is presumably amphibious like its relative, the Cave Crawler.
- The Blood Crawler's legs do not count as part of the model, and will be unaffected by a stasis bubble.
