It is a miniature model of the Aurora, and is found lying on a Wall Shelf inside the captain's quarters, which requires a code to open. This miniature can not be placed in the cockpit or on top off the Cyclops. (In the recent 2.0 update, this has now changed. Items like Lab Equipment and the Aurora miniature can now be placed.)
