The Biter Fish is an extremely fast fish that protects its territory. It will attack without hesitation if the player gets too close. Each bite takes 25% of the player's health.

The Blood Biter is a small fish that strongly resembles a tadpole. It has two milky white eyes on each side of its head, and a small mouth full of sharp white teeth. The Blood Biter has no pectoral fins, possessing only dorsal and tail fins. It's body is brown on the dorsal side with a white underbelly. Black dots speckle the top. It also has a short red Bioluminescent lure on its forehead, which is presumably used to draw in prey.
