The Foundation is a seabase component intended for other modules to be built on top of. While the first module must be built on the foundation later modules can branch off it. Also it is possible to deconstruct the foundation afterwards. The foundation is constructed with the Builder. Adding a foundation to a seabase raises the integrity value by two units.
