Features

Confirmed Features

The drone comes equipped with a camera. In its default position, the camera cannot rotate, and only faces the direction the drone is facing.

The small stature of the Spy Penguin allows it to explore otherwise inaccessible areas that are too larger for the player. It can collect resources in these areas with the help of a robotic arm.

The drone may be capable of taking selfies using its camera.

Unconfirmed Fan Features

The Spy Penguin, being based on the real life version, is made to imitate the young of Penguins. This means that other Penguins are attracted to it, and may even try to protect it, as it could also attract predators.

A secondary camera mode allows the mouth to open, which exposes the camera and allows the camera to move freely. This mode may deter other Penguins.

The drone also features a speaker on the abdomen, which will play prerecorded Penguin sounds. This feature can be used to attract other Penguins, but may also attract Ice Worms.

Should the drone get stuck, it has the ability to perform a small jump.
