The upgrade does not stack. You can find it in Sea Monkey Nests in the Lilypad Islands, two separate nests must be scanned to unlock the Blueprint. It can be crafted in the Seatruck Fabricator Module.

Speed

Max speeds with and without horsepower upgrade. "0" means the cabin alone. For reference, the Seatruck travels at 9.18 m/s with no modules and the player swims at about 5.9 m/s. Adding modules decreases total speed to a fixed percentage. Adding the Seatruck Horsepower Upgrade increases the speed by a fixed percentage. The final speed is shown in parentheses.

The blueprint for this item is acquired from the Mercury II or from Sea Monkey Nests. It can be crafted in the Seatruck Fabricator Module or with the Vehicle Upgrade Console. (no target detected)
