The Recyclotron is a buildable Seabase Module that can break apart components of any inserted item. It functions in a similar manner to a Trash Can with the items to be dismantled being placed into the device's storage. After an object is dismantled, the player must re-open the storage menu to retrieve the broken-down materials. It should be noted that it dismantles the object as completely as possible rather than just according to its recipe: so, for example, a Flashlight will be returned as two Quartz, one Copper Ore and two Ribbon Plants, not one Glass and one Battery.

Recipe

The blueprint for this item is acquired by scanning four Architect Artifacts. It is crafted with the Habitat Builder.
