It is presumably a hideout for Serik Jevov. On a bed in the bunker is the Colleague PDA that Serik Jevov abandoned. A Supply Crate can be found in the top left of the bunker, containing Snow Stalker Fur. The Jukebox Disk containing Deep Dive (feat.
