Appearance

Research Base Cappa is composed of three Multipurpose Rooms, a Moonpool, and a Scanner Room all connected on one floor. On the second floor, there are two Observatories connected together. All of the Hatches leading into the base are open, leaving the base flooded. Outside, there is a Foundation.
