Description

The Fumarole is a yellow, dome-like structure, resembling a fumarole. Unlike most geothermal vents, the rim of the Fumarole is noticeably serrated. Most of the structures erupt continuously or periodically, emitting an unknown purple substance capable of burning the player. Some Fumaroles are completely dormant. For the Fumaroles that erupt periodically, the eruption lasts for a short period of time, up until solid material infused with the purple substance proceeds to distend from beneath the structure. The material eventually bursts, allowing the Fumarole to erupt again.

A remarkably large Fumarole sits at the bottom of the Deep Purple Vents biome.
