Structure

The Delta Base is a rather small facility comprised of a pair of dilapidated Multipurpose Rooms, with their interiors partially buried by snow. Its front door is a bulkhead that opens into a break room with a Nutrient Block, a First Aid Kit and a Large Filtered Water, as well as a non-functional Fabricator on the wall. This room can also be accessed through a broken window on the side opposite the entrance. The second Multipurpose Room is a bedroom with two beds, desks, chairs and a Modification Station. The base also contains Plant Shelves.

The first Multipurpose Room contains two scannable posters: one concerns Alterra's bounty for Precursor artifacts, while the other is a map of Sector Zero with Alterra facilities and other points of interest highlighted.

Following the trail further (facing the door of the main base, head right) leads to a smaller observation post consisting of a Multipurpose Room linked to an Observatory module. Proceeding straight ahead out of the main base's door and up a stairway leads to the Communications Tower and Exchanger Rocket platform.

A Habitat Builder Fragment can be found just outside the bulkhead door of the main facility. There is also a Data Box nearby with the Scanner Room Blueprint.
